This old cemetery is situated on what was the outskirts of the 18th Century Georgetown but it now is along side the bustling Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shan, previously called Northam Road. While it was not consecrated until around 1818 one of the earliest burials is that of Francis Light – the founder of Penang in 1794 and several other Governors of the Settlement.
It was so amazing and quiet place to shoot about..200 years! ..here are some piccas we had in the mysterious evening that day.
dah lama duk penang ,duk lalu tepi je,tapi dok pi shoot pun, hehe.
The pics is stunning. If I not mistaken there are jewish cementery in penang, where eh?
such a great place. we have no intention to shoot there initially. or else, i might have change to a better attire… hahaha awat nak tergelak pulak ika???
