  1. Terms of payment is 30% upon confirmation of booking and 30% after session and 40% during delivery of CD / album. For confirmation, 30% payment need to be made no later than 3 days upon agreement signed. The 30% deposit is not refundable for any cancellation.
  2. One (1) week notification is required for any changes made prior to your session. 30% deposit is non-refundable if notification to change the session is received later than one (1) week prior to the session.
  3. All images taken on the event’s day are copyright of Anyevent Photography. Anyevent Photography has the right to use clients’ images for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients however are free to reproduce or make copies of the images given by Anyevent Photography, as long as it does not involve profitable or commercial purposes. Or any copies of the images given by Anyevent Photography use in any media should be credited to Anyevent Photography.
  4. Delivery time is estimated within 4 weeks after the event’s day and it depends on jobs in hand and might be longer if an extension is inevitable, Anyevent Photography shall inform the client on the status.
  5. The delivery method is self-pick up at Shah Alam . Additional RM15 will be charge for the postage for outside Kuala Lumpur and Klang valley, based on the location of the address.
  6. Anyevent Photography shall not be held responsible should any unwanted incidents happened during the photography session.

For outside Klang Valley, the additional charges for traveling fee will be based on the outline below:
Mileage Charge : RM 0.80 per kilometer.
Toll Charge : based on toll receipt.
Outstation Charge : RM200 per day.
Accommodation Charge : minimum RM100 per night.
